The scenery of the West Coast of New Zealand is the most diverse in the country with New Zealand's highest mountain Aoraki/Mt Cook which reigns over the majestic snow-capped Southern Alps range that stretches for miles along the West Coast.  Along with the mountains we have multiple national parks, temperate rainforest, the Tasman Sea, rivers, lakes, beaches and of course not forgetting New Zealand's longest, highest and most accessible glaciers.  The Franz Josef and Fox glaciers are right on our doorstep and are the highlight of any trip to New Zealand. Chur!!

The best way to appreciate how truly epic the West Coast of New Zealand is, is to get in our plane and see it all in one fell swoop from heights unachievable anywhere else in the South Island.  The panorama that is laid out for you during your flight and free-fall can't be believed until seen first hand.
