Terms And Conditions
Skydive Cancellation Policy
An online booking or via telephone is considered firm and a credit card will be required to confirm such a booking, however we will not take payment from your credit card until the day of your jump. If the weather conditions on the day are not suitable for skydiving you will be offered an alternative time or day. If you are unable to arrange another time, no payment will be taken from the credit card. You must give at least 48 hours notice if you intend to cancel a confirmed booking, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the full amount. If you cancel within 24 hours prior or you do not show up at all for your booking you will be charged the full amount of the jump only.
