Skydive Franz hosted one of the games at the inaugural Glacier Games in Franz Josef today. The games consisted of teams of six making their way around the township and competing for points in various games sponsored by local businesses. The Skydive Franz game was in conjunction with the West Coast Wildlife Centre and participants had to run around cones holding jelly worms with chop sticks to 'feed the kiwis' then pack a little parachute and throw the parachute men to land on a target. The games were great fun but we may not be sourcing new parachute packing staff from the teams today as the parachute deployment was a little hit and miss ;)
~ Well done to the Glacier Games organising team and all the participants, it's been a blast.
