Skydive Cancellation Policy

An online booking or booking via telephone is considered firm and a credit card will be required to confirm such a booking. If the weather conditions on the day are not suitable for skydiving you will be offered an alternative time or day. If you are unable to arrange another time, no payment will be taken from the credit card. You must give at least 48 hours notice if you intend to cancel a confirmed booking, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the full amount. If you cancel within 24 hours prior or you do not show up at all for your booking you will be charged the full amount of the jump only.

Pricing and GST

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of 15% GST (Goods and Service Tax). We do not accept payment in any other currency. Your card issuer may apply charges for converting currency. These charges are applied by your card issuer, we accept no responsibility for these.

We reserve the right to change our prices. We will not change the price of a Skydive or Dropshop order you have already made without prior notification. This may only happen in the unlikely event that a typing error has occurred and the price has been displayed incorrectly or a significant and unforeseen price increase on fuel is to occur. In this instance, we reserve the right to withdraw your order and offer it again at the correct price. Any unlikely occurrences will be dealt with at our discretion.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard. To pay by Credit Card enter the card type and details in the comment section; Card Number, Card Expiry Date, and Card Holders Full Name. By giving us your Credit Card details you agree for us to take full payment from your credit card for the services offered.

Online Security

We use the Payment Express payment gateway to process orders. Payment Express was established in 1997 is certified with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners and headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand.
